No. Abreon is typically engaged once a selection has been made.
Are you technology implementers?
No. We are not technology implementers however we have worked alongside many of the major implementers to provide complimentary services. In many instances, Abreon’s services focus on an aspect that implementers often overlook – the people.
Who is a typical Abreon customer?
Abreon works with a wide range of clients across various industries. There really isn’t a typical customer however the majority of our business today is focused around delivering services to help the Fortune 2000 solve some of their most pressing change needs.
When is the appropriate time to engage Abreon?
Anytime you are considering making a business change where there is a direct impact to your people, is an opportunity to leverage the services that Abreon provides. As with most things in the life, our recommendation is always sooner rather than later. This allows us to assist you with project budgeting and allows us to build the best solution to work within your environment. However our flexible approach to solving client needs allow us to ramp up and ramp down through various phases of the project.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Abreon can provide services for as long or as little as you need them. Our projects can run anywhere from a few weeks to those that span several years.
What type of background/experience do your consultants have?
Abreon’s consultants bring a diverse set of experiences and expertise to the company depending on their roles and career levels. All of our consultants are required to demonstrate a passion for what they do and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. More than 65% of our consultants possess an advanced (post-bachelor’s) degree or other professional certifications.

Yes. Abreon has extensive experience in both the creation and design of communication campaigns and vehicles using a variety of electronic and printed formats.
Does Abreon have the capability to produce printed copies of the communication materials?
Yes. Abreon can assist clients with all of their production needs including manuals, posters, brochures etc.

Do you provide soft-skills training?
Yes. Abreon has a rich history of providing customized training on a wide variety of soft-skills topics including diversity, new hire orientation, sales training, product training, communication, management, leadership, corporate values, cultural norms, ethics and skills competencies as well as many others.
Does Abreon provide translation services?
Yes. Abreon can provide translations services in most global languages including German, French, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, French Canadian, Swahili, Portuguese among many others.
Does Abreon have a Learning Management System (LMS)?
Yes. Abreon has a Learning Management System available to our clients for either short-term projects or long-term education programs.

Does Abreon have experience in developing Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS)?
Yes. Abreon has developed EPSS’s for many clients and has found that the EPSS helps to reduce the number of calls to the help desk while reinforcing learning.
Does Abreon provide help desk support?
Yes. Abreon can provide onsite or offsite help desk support dependent upon your needs.
Does Abreon provide go-live support?
Yes. Abreon specializes in supporting your initiative from project initiation through post-go live. Our go-live support offerings vary depending upon the needs of the individual client.
