Diana’s 19 years of software, corporate training and change management experience have proven critical to more than 60 client projects of all sizes. She has conducted hundreds of training sessions and collaborates with clients to design custom solutions that maximize learning, minimize training time and save clients both hard and soft costs. With a system-configuration background as both a member and project leader of ERP implementations, Diana is uniquely suited to identify and solve the most complicated client issues. Her Green Belt certification in Six Sigma equips her with a data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects in any process. She describes her professional passion as “That moment users learn their new system and I watch ‘the light bulbs turn on.’”
