Impressions on SAPPHIRE NOW 2018

Our team here at Abreon had these main goals in mind going into this year’s SAP SAPPHIRE NOW Annual Conference held earlier this month:

  • Engage in productive two-way customer conversations.
  • Gain a greater understanding of organizations’ needs and technology pain points.
  • Tap into the trends and innovations that will rapidly become business priorities.
  • Help clients to understand the value of our end-to-end solutions.

On that last point, Abreon and our parent company, PCM, spent a lot of time at the event talking about major considerations in every technology project spanning discovery and selection, security and support, through to end-user adoption and training.

Back from the event, we have already started working on new offerings to drive your organization forward, including: Phase 0 support, faster and easier content delivery, greater utilization of existing tools, jump-starting your projects, augmenting your resources, and more.

During the show, SAP announced plans to accelerate customer adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud in various industries, underscoring the focus of overcoming the complexity of their ERP cloud solution.

As an education partner of SAP with experience with numerous S/4HANA projects and a leader in services for SAP Enable Now, the Abreon team was excited to speak to the best practices in supporting end users as organizations continue the move to S/4HANA.​

Attendees to our booth ​were also seeking more information about process documentation and business readiness, as companies are seeing an increased need for streamlining processes to speed technology initiatives, boost performance, and remain competitive.

The general discussion at our booth was that organizations are looking for end-to-end solutions. Visitors were intrigued by the combined strength of what Abreon and PCM could offer them. Companies’ challenges are not clearly defined along lines where one vendor’s solutions start and another’s begin, so it provides a tremendous amount of value to partner with a team whose expertise fit together to fill any gaps along the technology life cycle.

We were excited to discuss the benefits of our teams working together to reduce costs, speed results, enable users, and build a sustainable platform for education, adoption, and support for any technology project.
